I think I'll just do random updates everyday...just so I don't disappear. lol? Tomorrow is Veteran's day! No school! Yay! So I can leisurely work on my Basic Design project and just enjoy it.

Monday Wednesday: 6:30pm -9:20pm Life Drawing (which means I get to draw naked people! fun! *rolls eyes*)
Tuesday Thursday: 9:30-10:45 World Music (wonder if we'll learn about Marwan? XD or Moein? or Dariush? XDDD) 11-12:15 Speech 12:30-1:45 Renaissance to Modern Art History 6:30 pm - 9:20 pm Painting
^.^ Tuesdays and Thursdays will be hella long. I mean...yeah. Just long. And I'm not looking forward to having night classes 4 days a week. I will be EXHAUSTED!
In other news...
I am sooooo upset about the shootings at Fort Hood, Texas. I cried when I heard about it. It happened last Thursday. Can you imagine? These young men and women are training at their army base...and one of their OWN men, comes onto the base and shoots and kills 12 and wounds 31. The memorial service was today...I watched some of it on the news and bawled. Cameras were everywhere because the president was there, but these poor people just want to cry and say goodbye to their sons and daughters but get no privacy to do so. And all the other soldiers there were so emotional.
The whole thing is just horrible. The suspect was this man named Hasan who was in the army as well. People are saying he's a muslim extremist and others say he was afraid of deploying and so he decided to go on a killing spree. Either way...that cold-blooded-coward needs to be killed. If he didn't want to deploy...then why join the army? We are in a time of war! Join the army--Get deployed. Simple.
I was also...REALLY upset with how Obama responded to the incident the day of. He stood up there...was supposed to give a speech about these victims...but talks about everything BUT the victims!! He started talking about the economy!!! It's like..."ummm...Mr. President...are you saying that because these 12 people died, there are 12 more jobs available?" Seriously...moron.
*sigh*
It's upsetting. I guess I was upset because my brother's in the army...and if he was murdered by Hasan, by one of his own men...I would be enlisting in the Army IMMEDIATELY so that I could get my hands on a gun to shoot him. Shame on you Hasan! I hope you will never be able to sleep at night for as long as you live (which will hopefully, not be very long.) When you get to prison, I hope your cell-mates kill you in your sleep! If you plead insane and get sent to an asylum, then I hope someone poisons you! Bastard!
*sigh* I just need to breathe...it was just so upsetting. It hits home...you know?
